In 2010 Amy discovered her Aunt (Colleen Kent) was retiring from her business Crossroads Catering. Amy decided it was time to move forward with their dream of owning a catering company. Amy's dream started in 2001 when she worked with her Aunt at Crossroads Catering while attending college in Spokane. From there she continued working in the Wedding & Hospitality Industry, from Spokane to Phoenix, Seattle & Vancouver. Her passion for amazing customer service and love for delicious homemade food has made starting Crossroads Riegel Catering a dream come true.
